LEAD CORRECTLY

“... Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant... equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him...”  Hebrews 13:20-21 (NIV)

Some fathers set negative examples that make life difficult for the rest of the family, especially the adolescents. Teenagers from such homes mayprefer to seek the advice of “water” (friends) to “blood” (parents). These teens may end up making unpleasant life changing decisions and unfortunately, become ‘slaves’ to the enemy.
Jonathan was caught between his father, Saul (blood), and his best friend David (water). Saul was full of self-importance but his son Jonathan wanted to see God in his father just like he could see God’s Spirit on David. If your children are to see a father in God, they must first see God in their Father. For God to be in anyone, the Blood of Jesus Christ must be flowing inside such person.

Are you a leader in any capacity? Bear in mind that people are watching. Many will seek elsewhere for God’s presence if they do not find it in you. If for any reason the Blood is absent in you (Revelations 12:11), then you must opt for renewal through the word of God. This Blood which has the power of the Most High is thicker than any other.

PRAYER:
Lord, as I go about my daily activities, let the Blood of Jesus be upon all that concerns me
and my family in Jesus name, Amen.

FAITH BYTE:
I carry the Blood of Jesus Christ in me therefore, my life manifest his presence.
