The need for information is very crucial in everything we do in life. Information is the building block for knowledge. With knowledge and understanding comes wisdom which is the principal thing (Prov. 4:7). God rejects those who reject knowledge (Hos. 4:6).
With quality information, the knowledge to adapt during critical decision making is never far-fetched.
When Esther noticed that Mordecai rejected the clothes she sent to him, she sent one of the king’s chamberlains to Mordecai to know what the problem was. She did not sit down to assume things, but she made inquiries to get proper information regarding Mordecai’s state so that she will be better informed to handle it and proffer solution to the problem.
Many people have ended up creating problems and enmity for themselves and their family because they acted on wrong assumptions without taking time to seek further information. Whether it’s a project, profession or a business line you want to venture into, make inquiries to know the financial, time, energy and health implications so you can make right decisions. With proper information, you can never be deform. God’s wisdom will announce you to the world in the name of Jesus.
Reflection: Do I have enough of God’s word in me to guide my choices?
